How to Register

Please click on the printable registration form below. Fill out the front page completely and return to the Studio by mail, fax or in person. Class spots will only be held once your registration form and registration fees/deposits are received. If the class you request is full, you will be notified by a staff member to discuss other class options. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

2011-2012 FALL/SPRING Registration:

Fall Classes begin Tuesday, September 6, 2011.

A registration fee of $45.00 for the first child and $25.00 for each additional family member is due at the time of registration. Also, the first month of tuition is due. The first month of tuition may be paid with registration fees or you may choose to sign up for Auto-Pay. Auto-Pay is the worry free way to be guaranteed the best tuition rate throughout the session. yearly payments
